In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context so requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

By registering an Account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are and will remain true for the duration of your use of ws0288:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. ws0288 strictly prohibits access by minors. This age threshold applies regardless of any lower legal threshold that may exist in any other jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order, guardian arrangement, or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into these Terms.
• Personal use: You are using the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party, organization, or for any commercial purpose.
• Single account: You do not currently hold, and will not create, more than one Account on ws0288. The one-account-per-player policy is absolute and non-negotiable.
• Accurate information: All registration details you provide — including your full name, date of birth, address, and payment method information — are true, accurate, current, and complete.
• Non-exclusion: You have not been self-excluded from ws0288 or from any other online gaming platform. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from ws0288, you must contact support before attempting to register a new account.
• Funds source: All funds deposited to your Account are legitimately obtained and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

To access real-money gaming on ws0288, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid username, password, email address, full legal name, date of birth, and preferred payment method details. ws0288 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. ws0288 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the official login interface at ws0288.app. You must notify ws0288 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. ws0288 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

KYC verification. ws0288 will request identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, together with proof of address and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a request will result in Account suspension pending verification. ws0288 may conduct re-verification at any point where there are reasonable grounds to do so.

Account inactivity. Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. An administrative fee of Rp 10.000 per month may be deducted from the balance of inactive accounts after written notice to the registered email address. Where the balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed.

Deposits. ws0288 supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, and OCBC NISP) and the major e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). International card payments via Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to your issuing bank's approval. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 on e-wallet channels and Rp 25.000 on bank transfer channels. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposit processing. E-wallet deposits are credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing times of the originating bank and are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Deposits submitted outside banking hours may be credited on the next available business cycle. ws0288 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval for verified accounts. Standard processing times after ws0288 approval are as follows:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically credited within 15 minutes of approval.
• Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OCBC NISP): Typically 1–3 business hours during banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB); next business day for requests submitted outside these hours.
• International card withdrawal: 3–5 business days, subject to issuing bank processing times.

Withdrawal conditions. ws0288 requires that Players have wagered a minimum of 1x (one time) their total deposit amount before a withdrawal will be approved. This requirement exists to prevent the use of ws0288 as a money-transfer or currency-exchange service. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. ws0288 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation for any withdrawal request above Rp 10.000.000.

Declined transactions. ws0288 is not responsible for transactions declined by your bank or payment provider. Factors including daily transfer limits, card restrictions, and fraud detection systems operated by third-party financial institutions are outside ws0288's control. In such cases, please contact your bank or payment provider directly.

ws0288 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which are published on the promotion's landing page at the time of the offer. Where any conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms prevail for that promotion only.

Wagering requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are stated on each promotion page. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically without notice. Real-money funds are always wagered before Bonus Funds.

Bonus abuse. ws0288 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on low-margin outcomes to satisfy requirements, coordinated betting between multiple accounts, use of bonus funds in a manner designed to extract guaranteed value without genuine gaming activity, and the registration of multiple accounts to claim the same offer. Detection of any such activity will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. Maximum bonus amount, percentage match, and wagering requirement are stated on the active promotion page. One welcome bonus per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Reload Bonuses: Periodically offered to existing Players on qualifying deposits. Each reload bonus carries its own eligibility criteria and wagering requirements.
• Free Bets & Free Spins: Free bets are typically valid for 7 days from the date of award and must be used on the designated sport or market. Free spins are valid for 48 hours and restricted to the designated slot title. Winnings from free bets and spins are credited as Bonus Funds subject to the stated wagering requirement.
• Cashback Promotions: Cashback amounts are calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and credited to the Account as Bonus Funds unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Seasonal Promotions: ws0288 runs seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian calendar (Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day 17 August, Imlek, and other cultural events). These promotions are published in advance and governed by their own specific terms.

Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on ws0288 are governed by the Sportsbook-specific rules published on the Sportsbook page. These rules cover settlement procedures, void bet conditions, in-play betting restrictions, maximum payout limits per market, and the handling of postponed or abandoned events. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout; a void selection reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules.

Live Casino. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Each game title has its own published rules accessible within the game interface. ws0288 is not responsible for errors made by live dealers or third-party studio software, but will work with the relevant studio to investigate and resolve disputes in good faith.

Slots. All slot titles on ws0288 use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. Maximum winnings. ws0288 reserves the right to apply a maximum single-session or single-bet winnings cap across all game categories. Current limits are published in the FAQ and may be updated from time to time. Winnings exceeding the applicable cap are subject to review before payment.

Technical failures. In the event of a disconnection, server error, or other technical failure during a live game or in-play bet, ws0288's game logs constitute the authoritative record of the game state at the time of the failure. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined from the game logs, the relevant wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ws0288 Platform. Engagement in any of the following activities will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or making fraudulent chargebacks.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other game involving multiple Players.
• Automated betting (bots): Using software, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated method to place bets, analyze odds, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting differences between ws0288's odds and other bookmakers, or using bonus funds in a deliberate matched-betting strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or using gaming activity to obscure the origin of such funds.
• Software exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software to obtain funds, credits, or an unfair gaming advantage. Any amounts obtained through exploitation are forfeited regardless of whether the underlying game outcome was otherwise legitimate.
• Harassment: Using the Platform's communication features (live chat, support channels) to threaten, harass, or abuse ws0288 staff or other Players.
• Unauthorized access: Attempting to access another Player's Account, reverse-engineer the Platform's software, or otherwise circumvent ws0288's security measures.

All content on the ws0288 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of ws0288 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not grant you any right to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content; use ws0288's trademarks, trade names, or logos without prior written consent; or scrape, harvest, or systematically download Platform data for any purpose.

Game content (including slot graphics, live studio feeds, and sports data) is licensed to ws0288 by third-party studios and data providers. The intellectual property rights in such content belong to the respective rights holders and are governed by their own licensing arrangements.

ws0288 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ws0288 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Payment data is tokenized and processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways; ws0288 does not store your full card or bank account details on its own servers.

ws0288 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Platform availability. ws0288 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Third-party services. ws0288 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: the failure, delay, or interruption of third-party payment processors; errors or failures in third-party game studio software; or any action or omission of a third-party service provider over which ws0288 has no direct operational control.

Maximum liability cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ws0288's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Consequential losses. In no event shall ws0288 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if ws0288 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Termination by you. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to ws0288 support via live chat or the registered account email. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after satisfactory KYC verification, less any applicable inactive-account fees. Bonus Funds are forfeited on closure.

Termination by ws0288. ws0288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the Account holder has violated these Terms; ws0288 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or collusion; the Player has failed KYC verification; or ws0288 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Balance on termination. Where an Account is closed by ws0288 due to a breach of these Terms, ws0288 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, all balances — including real-money deposits and winnings derived from prohibited activity — may be forfeited in full. Where no breach is confirmed, the real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

Self-exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion are available. During self-exclusion, the Account is locked and no deposits can be accepted. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of ws0288's operating entity. By using the Platform, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant governing jurisdiction.

Informal resolution. ws0288 encourages Players to contact support in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. The majority of account, payment, and game-related disputes can be resolved at this level within 5 business days. ws0288's customer support team is available 24/7 via live chat and is committed to fair, timely dispute resolution.

Formal complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate to a formal written complaint by emailing ws0288's complaints department at the address listed in the Contact section below. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 2 business days and a substantive response provided within 14 business days.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

ws0288 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made — that is, a change that materially affects your rights or obligations as a Player — ws0288 will provide at least 14 days' notice before the new Terms take effect . Notice will be provided by email to your registered address and by a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the new Terms take effect. Continued use after the effective date will be deemed acceptance regardless of whether you have read the updated Terms.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect your substantive rights, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
